    The four tips from music teacher Phillip Riggs' highlights the most important factors in achieving success. Philip states that working hard is crucial to climbing to the top becaue with hard work and determination you will push yourself to do and be more. The next tip was to follow your passion and do things you're interested in, this is imporant as well because a person wouldn't want to follow something they aren't passionate about. For instance, if your pasion and mind revolves around art and painting, why would you purse the medical field? This falls down into the next tip; don't chase adter money. Money is great and very useful at some point in life ,but money can only do so much, it can't by happiness and if it does, it's short lived. The last tip by Phillip is serve others. When you do good things for others good things come back to you, like a good karma. It's a domino effect, you help a young boy with his studies and soon that boy will grow up to be an intelligent man with outstanding achievments, that enough is a good karma. The feeling of honor because he acknowledges that you were his mentor, the person who helped him climb to where he is.
