     The statement above highlights the importance of character and its value compared to intelligance. Character is not only what determines who a perosn is but demonstrates what they are capable of doing. Intelligence is the result of dedication, hardwork and character. That is why character is higher than intellect. People are taught that being a good person is a contemporary trait one must adapt to but never do they mention anything about character. I believe it is very underrated and should be introdused to the younger generation.
