The statement above conveys the message that if you behave well, live right, and do nothing but pure goodness; that will be where your honor lies. You can distinguish your honor by acting upon those traits above. A person can't  expect to be honorable if they are doing the total opposite. Honor is a privilege, a high respect and an element people who do their best in everything obtain. Honor doesn't lie in a sheet of paper, nor a badge of recognition but within a person.
