"It's better to be alone than to be in bad company."

         
         It is always better to do things  yourself and depend on you and only you rather then to surround
yourself with bad people. A persons character can influence someone else, if the person is bad it is likely the other would want to be bad as well just too meet their standards. The reason I believe it is always better to be alone it is because you can achieve many things by yourself without any negative distractions. People who hang around bad company are always trying to fulfill the expectation of the group. You should not feel the need to force anything onto yourself.
